I have a special interest in Musculoskeletal health and have incorporated a Patient Fitness Center into our practice. In the field of Rheumatology and Immunology there are over 100 different forms of Rheumatic disorders, each unique in its own presentation. Common symptoms include pain and inflammation. I have to admit that I was a skeptic, like most of my colleagues, when I was presented with yet another "supplement" to aid my treatment of patients and to add to their wellness and preventative medicine programs. However, the potential of a product with high source Omega-3 fatty acids intrigued me. I researched chia over the course of a few months and could find little, if any, fault with the science.

I have been using Mila in my veterinary practice for many of my patients. For example, I have treated several cats with diabetes whose blood sugar has stabilized merely by adding Mila to their diets. A 48 year-old patient who consumes the Standard American Diet (SAD) came in with low energy and fatigue. I encouraged her to put some nutrition into her daily diet by adding Mila. At her follow-up visit she reported that she "loved Mila." Her energy was up, her mood was improved, her outlook was better and she was telling all of her friends about it.

Within one week of bringing Mila into the practice we noticed some huge changes in our patients. All constipation issues seemed to resolve in all consumers of Mila.
